Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance:
Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance are available to employees who are scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week. The Center has separate plans for each insurance with employees paying for a smaller portion of their medical insurance costs.
403-B Retirement:
403 (b) Retirement plan with 100% matching contributions up to 10% of annual earnings. Service hours and work requirements apply..
Gym Membership reimbursement:
Gym membership reimbursement for full time and part-time employees up to $27.00 per month if enrolled in a gym
Vacation and Sick time:
Paid vacation and sick time are available to full-time and part-time employees. Full-time employees accrue 8 hours of sick time and 8 hours of vacation time per month. Part-time employees accrue a percentage of the 8 hours per month based on how many part-time hours they work.
Paid Holidays:
Ten (10) Paid Holidays per year.
Supplemental Insurance:
Additional supplemental AFLAC and Life insurance plans available at employee’s cost through payroll deductions.
