Outpatient Services, Intensive Inpatient Services and Sub-acute Withdrawal Management:
We accept Medicaid and most private insurance.   We do not accept Medicare (see below for Financial Assistance options). Payment is due at the time of service.  We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, debit and credit cards.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

If a person has no insurance or has Medicare only, you may be eligible for the Sliding Fee discount.   You must reside in Chelan, Douglas, Grant or Okanogan County to be eligible.  To find out if you qualify you will need to bring in current household income to the financial office prior to your appointment.   If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by sending an email below or call us at 509-662-9673.
